We achieve that with Oleocream, a creaminess solution produced only with sunflower seeds and water. Oleocream contains pre-emulsified naturally encapsulated oils and doesnt need any additives nor intense mixing. It's a clean-label solution that can convince even the most health conscious consumers who often see plant-based solutions as ultra-processed full of exotic unhealthy ingredients.
