Stéphane Mac Millan is the co-founder and CEO of Verley, a French industrial foodtech company developing next-generation functional whey proteins through precision fermentation. After founding startups in food delivery and light mobility and working as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, he now leads Verley's scale-up from breakthrough innovation to industrial production. Stéphane is also Secretary General of France DeepTech, where he contributes to strengthening France's deeptech ecosystem and accelerating the emergence of the next generation of industrial technology leaders.
