Peter is currently Deputy Director of Regulatory Services, having worked for the UK's Food Standards Agency since early 2020. He has been a civil servant since 2017, previously working for the Department for Exiting the European Union. Peter has worked in a range of policy, strategy and research roles within and outside government. He is currently studying part-time at the London School of Economics on the Executive Master of Public Policy programme.
