Nadav Berger is a Co-Founder and General Partner at PeakBridge VC, the global VC investing to balance the food value chain and bring resilience to the planet. Nadav is a third-generation food entrepreneur who actively built companies specializing in food applications, marketing, and distribution. In 2008, Nadav co-founded the food applications lab FoodLab. The innovative developments at FoodLab led to the founding FoodLab Capital, a premier seed fund. Nadav holds a B.A in economics and political science from Tel Aviv University and an EMBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
