Karen leads investments at Btomorrow Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of BAT. Her experience has ranged across startups, venture capital, and private equity, with a strong focus on consumer businesses and value creation through strategic growth and acquisitions. Previously, Karen held investment roles at Diageo-backed Distill Ventures and Warren Equity Partners; and was part of the founding team that built and exited ecommerce platform (Dragonfly) to L Catterton.
