Julie Daigle is a recognized leader in food innovation with more than 27 years of experience at the intersection of foodtech, biotechnology, and sustainable food systems across Canada and international markets.
As Regional Innovation Director for Quebec, Canada's national Francophone spokesperson, and lead for international partnerships at the Canadian Food Innovation Network (CFIN), Julie has supported hundreds of startups, scale-ups, and food manufacturers in accessing funding, building strategic partnerships, adopting innovative technologies, and accelerating commercialization.
A passionate ecosystem builder, Julie has played a key role in launching innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between startups, industry, investors, researchers, and governments, and positioning Canada as a global leader in food innovation. She is widely recognized for connecting the right partners to transform innovative ideas into commercial success.
Her multidisciplinary background combines science, business development, and international market development, with professional experience spanning Canada, the United States, Latin America, and Asia. Julie brings a practical, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to innovation, with a deep understanding of both public and private sector ecosystems.
