She combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, guiding teams to evaluate and harness emerging technologies, from novel bioactives and advanced processing methods to cutting-edge analytical techniques and acceleration of front-end discovery.
Grounded in robust, evidence-based insight, Jenni builds long-term technology and capability roadmaps that ensure investment decisions deliver measurable impact. She is also highly skilled in shaping value propositions for next-generation products, aligning technical enablers with market strategy and consumer positioning to unlock compelling growth opportunities.
Jenni works closely with senior R&D stakeholders to design future-ready organisations, focusing on the capabilities and enablers required to succeed in an increasingly complex landscape of regulatory and technological change.
