Hannah is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Atova Regulatory Consulting and the Head of Regulatory at Gourmey. She is a specialist in novel food & feed regulations in the EU & other major global markets and she and her team help companies to overcome regulatory hurdles & provide strategic solutions to get to market in a cost-effective & time-effective way. Hannah has over 18 years regulatory experience and has worked extensively on fermentation-derived proteins, plant proteins and cell-cultured products finding regulatory solutions for Atova´s clients. Hannah studied for a PhD at the Moredun Research Institute in Edinburgh and has an MSc in Veterinary Public Health from the University of Glasgow. She is passionate about alternative proteins and helping companies navigate the complex regulatory requirements needed for regulatory approval.
