Caitlin Hall (RD, PhD) is the Head of Clinical Research at gut microbiome start-up, Myota. She completed her PhD in neurosciences and gut microbiology at the University of Queensland, Australia and spent two years as a visiting researcher at King's College, London. Her research focuses on how inter-individual variability in the gut microbiome can influence brain network dynamics in anxiety and depression. More recently, her work at myota studies how prebiotic fibres can influence gut microbiome health, metabolic health, inflammatory biomarkers, and brain function. Caitlin is also a Registered Dietitian, with a specialist interest in the gut-brain axis and female gut health.
