Bosco is the CEO and Co-founder of MOA Foodtech, a B2B sustainable ingredient platform. MOA combines biotechnology and artificial intelligence to transform waste and by-products of the agri-food industry into a '' next generation protein '', with high nutritional value, tasty, functional and 100% sustainable. Bosco has an academic background in Biochemistry from the University of Navarra and an MBA in biotechnology companies, CESIF. He also has commercial and business development experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food industry. Since 2018 , Bosco has been part of the commercial area of AINIA Technology Centre.
