Murcia, Spain – September 2025 – A new chapter for Prosur: the Spanish food-biotech pioneer is bringing its Get it Natural™ Toolbox beyond meat into the full food & beverage industry. After redefining the meat and poultry sector with real natural, clear-label, full-flavor solutions, Prosur is now taking its mission further—with upcycled ingredients, next-level fermentation, smarter sweeteners, and highly functional, cost-effective fibers designed for future-ready products that meet rising consumer expectations for clear label, transparency, and authenticity.
From Meat to Food & Beverage – entering the next growth phase
Momentum accelerated with the first reveal of Prosur’s sugar and cocoa alternatives at Food Ingredients Europe 2024. In May 2025, another milestone followed at IFFA Frankfurt: the New Synbiotics Beyond Protection suite—a next-generation fermentation platform designed for advanced microbial control, stability, and cost efficiency. Scalable, label-friendly, and sustainable, it is adaptable across all food matrices—whether beverages, bakery, chocolate, savory, or meat.

To accelerate growth into new categories, Prosur founded the Sweet & Beverage Division in May 2025. Vanessa Delmer, with extensive international experience in FMCG, retail, and innovation, brings deep industry know-how and a strong track record in building global teams and partnerships. Her appointment marks a decisive step in bringing Prosur’s Get it Natural™ innovations into beverages, sweet, and confectionery—sectors with high potential for clear-label solutions.
